To All Condominium Association Unit Owners: 

Because of the problems we have had in the past, the Board of Directors has decided that all long term renters must forward a rental agreement to the Port of the Islands Resort Hotel in order to provide record of the renters that will be staying in your unit longer than one month (30 days).  If you are going to rent or if you have already rented your unit we will need the following information:

• Lease/Rental Term

• Landlord Information

• Tenant Information including

  • Name

  • Address ( Renter’s/Tenant’s Current Address: e.g. Street, City, State Zip Code)

  • Phone #

  • Fax # (If available)

• Number of Tenants

• Allowed Occupants Other than Tenant(s), (If Any)

• Given a copy of the Association Documents (Rules and Regulations) to be followed at all times

• Copy of Drivers License

• Make and Model of Vehicle

• Vehicles license plate number

The Association would appreciate your cooperation in this manner.
