Dear Hotel Condominium Owners,
Can you believe
it’s February already? I would like update everyone on
what is new at Port of the Islands. The Business Center
has been finished and is located in the M building on
the second floor where the books were located. There
are two stations set up with brand new computers and
newly painted rooms for you to enjoy. Please stop by the
front desk to get your password on your way to utilize
your new Center. Also, in addition to the new Business
Center, new flooring has been installed in the newly
painted Fitness Center. Your Condominium Association
previously decided to buy new washers and dryers for the
laundry room, and I also thought you would be delighted
to know that for the month of January the association
made $567.43. Also, please be advised you can now open
the VIP room with your room key as well as the front
lobby doors.
As a reminder, you
may view your owner website by logging in at
www.sunstreamowners.com, and click on the SunStream
Owner Login. Your individual User Name is your last name
and the Password initially set for you is your building
letter and unit number. Once you access the website,
please verify that the information under My Profile is
accurate. Note that under My Profile you should change
your password, and if you want to be included in the
Directory Listing, please change the Directory Listing
Visible to “yes”. We will keep you updated on any new or
improved enhancements and hope that you find the website
useful and enjoyable. If you have any questions,

I would like
everyone to stop in at the Anglers Cove Restaurant to
welcome our new Chef, Osneil Chirino. Osneil comes from
Cuba and has worked in the restaurant business for
eleven years. Some of the chef’s famous specials are his
Jambalaya, Baked Grouper Trinidad and California Seafood
Kabob. Please be sure to tell the restaurant staff that
you are owners and receive 10% off.
