Dear Bellasera Owners: 

The staff at Bellasera hopes you have enjoyed a safe, enjoyable, and memorable summer with your family and friends.  As the summer months come to an end and things start to slow down for a short time, we will be able to work on our project list and perform deep cleaning of all units.  

In the last Newsletter we were in the process of sprucing-up the unit interiors with particular attention to the furniture, paint, nicks and scratches and anything else which was damaged. We are happy to announce that this project has been completed.  We have also started repainting of the units using Benjamin Moore Super Spec with the eggshell finish which will be more durable and easier to clean. This is a slow process and we are striving to complete this project in 2008.   

We continue to do our own landscaping around the property.  Currently, we have placed seasonal color in the courtyards and throughout the property.  Fertilization, mowing and trimming around the entire hotel has resulted in the improved appearance of the property.   

Another improvement to the hotel is the installation of Wireless Internet. The wireless internet will give complete coverage to all common areas as well as to all the units.  There is an Ethernet cable in each unit for easy access and convenience. We hope that you and our guests find this new improvement useful and enjoyable.

Bellasera Condominium Association, Inc. 

Bellasera 2008 Budget meeting with the Board of Director’s was held on Thursday, October 11th in the Boardroom. The budget was adopted with the exclusion of wind insurance.  We have a bid coming from Brown & Brown the first week of November. We will discuss and make a final decision at the annual meeting. 

The schedules for the annual meetings are as follows:      

Annual Homeowners Meeting   December 6, 2007 – 9:30 a.m. EST
Organizational Board Meeting   December 6, 2007 – Immediately following the Annual Meeting

You will receive formal notice of the Annual and Organizational meetings at a later date.  

Comment card surveys continue to provide excellent feedback.  Guests continually praise the staff and the beautiful grounds that surround the hotel.  Here are a few recent guest comments:
