Dear Bellasera Owners:
We continue with the painting of
the exterior of the building and currently have finished
the cleaning of the carpets and tile in all units. We
are also installing new wax rings, valves and flappers
for the toilets. Shower floors are being re-grouted as
well.
We are waiting for the fabrics to
complete the top of the beds. Curved shower rods have
been installed.
We have new operators for the SPA
and the new name is ESTERRA, they took over May 1, and
we look forward to a long lasting relationship. ESTERRA
has locations on Ft. Myers Beach and Cape Coral.
We have started our summer planting
of seasonal decorative plants. We are focusing more on
native Florida plants. These work better with the dry
winters and rainy summers, this works with the green
designation and the conservation of water. To help
reduce costs we will be planting perennials and
eliminate replacement costs.
We are working on trimming all of
the trees in preparation for Hurricane Season; we thin
them out to allow the wind to blow through the
branches. In addition, we are adding supports to those
trees most likely to be blown over.

The Board’s next scheduled meeting
will be held on Friday, June 26th. The meeting will be
held in the Boardroom at Bellasera. The Notice and
Agenda will be posted as required in the hall area next
to the SPA.

During Collier County’s Tourism
Week in May, Bellasera and Zizi Restaurant had 8
nominees out of a total of 104 within Collier County.
Comment Card surveys continue to
provide excellent feedback. Guests continually praise
