Dear Bellasera Owners:
The painting of the
building exterior continues and we expect this project
to be complete before Labor Day. The building looks
fresh and new. We continue installing new wax rings,
valves and flappers for the toilets. Shower floors are
being re-grouted as well.
We are waiting for
the fabrics to complete the top of the beds. Curved
shower rods have been installed.
Flowers have been
replaced out front and we are re-mulching the various
beds around the property. To help reduce costs we are
planting perennials and eliminate replacement costs.
We have also
“hooked” up with some local fishing guides and are
working on packages with them.
We have been
working with the new operators for the ESTERRA SPA to
generate room and spa packages for our guests. Be sure
to enjoy the “Sweet Summer Specials” and “Happy Hour”
specials they have going on through October.
We continue trimming all of the trees
in preparation for Hurricane Season; we thin them out to
allow the wind to blow through the branches. In
addition, we are adding supports to those trees most
likely to be blown over.

The Board’s next scheduled meeting
will be held on Friday, October 9, 2009. The meeting
will be held in the Boardroom at Bellasera. The Notice
and Agenda will be posted as required in the hall area
next to the SPA.
