Dear Bellasera Owners:
Welcome and Bon Giorno!
We hope this letter finds you all
doing well! The first couple of months of the New
Year have been very exciting and busy here at Bellasera.
The owners and our guests are pleased with the condition
of the hotel and are looking forward to returning in the
very near future.

We continue painting the units and
cleaning the carpets, tile, and furniture. The in-room
safes have been installed and we are getting positive
feedback from the quests.
We have signed contracts to have
the local channels provided through Lodgenet, our
in-room movie provider. In addition, based on guest
feed back, we will be adding three business only
channels.
We are in the process of being
certified “Green” by the state of Florida. We have one
final inspection and expect to be certified by March 1,
2008.
Work continues on the SPA.
Everyone is very excited about the new marketing
opportunities being offered to Bellasera from this
venture.
We have only a slight change in the
management staff this year. Julie Dell Isola has moved
to Diamondhead Beach Resort, a SunStream managed
property on Ft. Myers Beach. Matilde Puentes joins us
to replace her and comes to us from Park Shore Resort.
She is well versed in the needs and owner expectations
of a quality property. Our management team now consists
of:
Steven McIntire: General
Manager Darlene Smith: Assistant General Manager Kathy Lazure: Guest Services Manager Wendy Wahl: Owner Services Administrator Matilde Puentes: Property Controller James Magee: Executive Housekeeper Eddie Yado: Chief Maintenance Engineer
Bellasera Condominium
Association, Inc.
Our next Board meeting will be held
Friday, February 15, 2008 in the Boardroom at Bellasera.
Comment Card surveys continue to
provide excellent feedback. Guests continually praise
the staff and the beautiful grounds that surround the
hotel. Here are a few recent guest comments:
-
“Very attractive
property...”
-
“Housekeeping department was very
accommodating…”
-
“ZiZi’s staff very nice…”
-
“This resort is immaculate…”
