Dear Bellasera Owners:
The staff at Bellasera hopes you have
enjoyed a safe, enjoyable, and memorable Holiday Season
with your family and friends.
The painting of the units was put on
hold for the holiday season and will start up again
after the first of the year. We have completed painting
13 units. Carpet and tile cleaning continues, as well as
cleaning sofas and chairs. Looking into the future, we
will be adding towel rings in the master bath, in-room
safes and we are currently working on a more
contemporary linen package.
Christmas decorations are in place
for the holidays and we receive compliments on a regular
basis.
Just as a reminder
in February of 2009, television will be 100% digital and
we will need to determine the best way to approach this
project.

Bellasera Condominium Association, Inc.
The Bellasera Condominium Association
2007 Annual Meeting was held December 6, 2007.
Elections were held and results are as follows:
- Don Fluegel, President - 1 year term
- Rob Williams, Vice President - 2 year term
- Dave Lawrence, Secretary - 2 year term
- Robert Caturia, Treasurer - 2 year term
- Pat Novitzki, Director - 1 year term
Members approved partial funding of
the reserves with the following project expenditures:
- Add Courtyard lights
- Lobby painting
- Reseal of the parking lot
- Cabana Replacement
- Replace/Repair carpeting 3rd floor
- Refurbish lobby floor
Comment Card surveys continue to
provide excellent feedback. Guests continually praise
the staff and the beautiful grounds that surround the

Bellasera Staff Awards
Awards for Bellasera continue. At
the end of the year, Sunstream, Inc. recognized six
employees throughout all of the properties for
excellence and outstanding service. We are proud to
announce that one of the winners was our Bell Captain,
Larry Kish. Larry won this award in the category of
Community Involvement. This award was based not only on
what Larry does to promote Bellasera, but also for what
he has done in the local community and promoting Naples
as a destination. Congratulations!
Eugenio Ramirez is no stranger to
awards. Eugenio, Food & Beverage, was presented with
the Service Star Award for June. On December 20, 2007,
Eugenio was presented the Manager of Excellence Award.
He has a proven record of his loyalty to SunStream,
Inc.and to Bellasera Resort. He is always on time for
work (and it should be noted) he has not missed a day of
work since he began working at the Bellasera Resort on
October 21st, 2005.
Eugenio always has an eye/ear open
for issues regarding the resort that might affect our
guests. Eugenio is an asset to the resort and deserves
to be recognized for his efforts and his dedication to
the hospitality industry. If you see him around the
hotel while you’re here on your next visit, be sure to
say hello.
