Dear Bellasera Owners:
Welcome and Bon Giorno!
Summer is upon us and in full swing.
We are looking forward to a busy and productive time as
projects and changes throughout the property come to
completion. We are always looking for ways to improve
the beautiful Bellasera!
This is our busiest mail time of the
year. Please keep us updated with any address changes or
special mailing requests that you may require. You can

Our next Board meeting is scheduled
to be held in October of this year. We will update you
with scheduling details as they become available.
In the last Newsletter you were
introduced to our “Linger Longer” promotion which we put
into place in order to increase our (ADR.) We are happy
to announce that we have had much success with this late
check-out program.
We are currently doing our own
landscaping around the property as of July 23rd. Luis
Perez will be primarily responsible for the landscaping
here at Bellasera. Luis loves the idea and is very
excited to take on this project. Currently, he has
replaced old foliage, added flowers, and does the lawn
mowing and trimming around the entire hotel which has
resulted in the overall looks and improvement of the
property. We have planted some new seasonal color at
the entrance of the hotel.
Another improvement to the hotel has
been the resetting of the pavers, placing top soil in
the vacant spots and covering with mulch. In the fall we
will add color to the walk way areas. On your next visit
please be sure to check out the improvements.
The Refurbishment project to the
units is near completion. The units are being touched-up
with attention to the furniture, touch-up paint, nicks
and scratches are being touched-up and anything damaged
is being fixed.

More Awards for Bellasera!
Each quarter, SunStream Hotels &
Resorts recognizes six employees throughout all of the
properties for excellence and outstanding service. We
are proud to announce that two of Bellasera’s staff
members were honored with this award. Eugenio Ramirez –
Teamwork and Juan Quezada – Creative Thinking.
Congratulations!
Eugenio Ramirez, Food & Beverage, was
also awarded for the Service Star Award for June. He has
a proven record of his loyalty to SunStream Hotels &
Resorts Bellasera. He is always on time for work and it
should be noted that he has not missed a day of work
since he began working at the Bellasera on October 21st,
2005.
Eugenio always has an eye/ear open
for issues regarding the resort that might affect our
guests. Eugenio is an asset to the resort and deserves
to be recognized for his efforts and his dedication to
the hospitality industry. If you see him around the
hotel while you’re here on your next visit, be sure to
say hello.

Chef Concierge. She is your confidante and someone to
talk to, your source of information, and sometimes your
