Dear Bellasera Owners:
As we continue through
the New Year we have continued good news.
We continue painting the units and
cleaning the carpets and tile. We have currently
cleaned the carpet and tile in 80 units. Year to date
we have 37 units painted and hope to complete the
project by September.
We have signed contracts to have
the local channels be provided through Lodgenet, our
in-room movie provider. In addition, based on guest
feed back, we will be adding three "business only"
channels.
We were certified “Green” by the
state of Florida, effective March 17, 2008. This is
important for the marketing of the hotel and the
acquisition of state business.
Verde, the new SPA, should open by
April 15, 2008. We have had all necessary inspections
and are waiting patiently on the paper work to be
completed.
All Department Heads are now
trained in CPR.
We have once again been designated
4 Diamond by AAA.

Our next Board meeting will be held Friday, May 9,
2008 in the Boardroom at Bellasera.
